名古屋市港区の名古屋競馬場の前にあるラーメン屋、平日の１２時頃に訪問してみた。
駐車場は店舗横にあり、店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が並ぶ造り。
このタイミングでほぼ満席で、提供までも意外に待つ事に。
初訪問の今回はこのメニューを券売機で注文してみた。
★ 豚骨ラーメン ７４０円
★ ネギ １１０円
ラーメンが運ばれてくるまでの間はセルフコーナーで品定めを行い、ピリ辛もやしをつまみながら待つ。
大きなチャーシューに覆われた一杯、豚骨の旨味だけではなくカエシの甘さが味の決め手。
豚骨ラーメンでは定番の極細麺は、パツッと食感で歯切れの良さが特徴。
トッピングでネギを注文したが、思わず少なって出ちゃうほど。
