I headed to Ichiro in Nakagawa Ward, Nagoya to eat some tonkotsu Ramen, but for some reason it was temporarily closed on that day! (ToT) After my brain was completely dominated by tonkotsu, I ended up at a restaurant called “Ore no Tonkotsu” (lol) ○ Awa Tonkotsu Barikata 850 yen (tax included) ○ Melty cartilage bowl 480 yen (tax included) Even though it was dinner time, it was pretty empty, but I think the food was pretty good. Inside the store, there is an explanation that the pork bones and sashimi are whipped together in a blender and then forcefully emulsified, but this is the type of espuma Ramen that you see a lot these days. The rich and creamy taste of pork bones barely subsided my craving for pork bones (lol) This restaurant is across the road from Ramen Fuku, which I also like a little further south. It is located in a location surrounded by the powerful Szechuan Cuisine ``Chilin''. It is inevitable that you will have to struggle with this, but I hope you will do your best. (^人^;)Gochisousama
