Our soba noodles are made with carefully selected buckwheat flour from Etanbetsu, Hokkaido. You can enjoy Nihachi soba with outstanding flavor and smoothness. Zaru soba (cold soba) is only used on the day it was made. Enjoy the aroma and flavor of carefully selected soba noodles.

At our restaurant, you can enjoy soba noodles with salt. Enjoy your meal while enjoying the aroma of soba. We also provide fresh wasabi to customers who order Zaru Soba. Our fresh wasabi is sourced from the wasabi field in Kawaba, which was the filming location for the movie "My Mother's Chronicles."
