Born in 1992. Enrolled in Tsuji Culinary School, Tsuji Group French School, and trained at a local 2-star Restaurants. Trained at "Chatean Restaurant joel Robuchon". He has been involved in the two-star Restaurants "Restaurant Nabeno-Ism", which was independently established by Chef Watanabe, since its opening. The chefs visit the producers themselves and have very strong connections with them. The splendor of Kazama-san's fresh fish from Kazama Suisan, a specialist in nerve tightening.
