８月中旬の土曜日ランチ。
妻と市内の『とりあえず吾平 小牧店』を訪問する。
言わずと知れたチェーン居酒屋。
最近になってランチもやり始めた。
居酒屋がランチを始めると、あまりいい傾向でないことが多い。
本来の夜の売り上げが厳しく、日銭を稼ぐために始めることが多いように思う。
さて、こちらのランチは如何に。
ランチメニューはかなり豊富である。
日替わりランチ、定番ランチ、限定ランチ、丼ランチなど目移りする。
夫婦とも日替わりランチ（¥853）、私は生ビール（ランチタイムは¥264）を注文する。
土曜日の日替わりランチは、鶏つくねのテリタマ。
メインのおかず、ご飯、味噌汁、漬け物、サラダ、冷奴、コーヒーのランチである。
生ビールを飲みながら待つ。
10分ほどで提供される。
値段に比してまずまずのランチでなかろうか。
鶏つくねを卵の黄身に浸して食べる。
美味い！
卵の黄身はいろいろなものに合うが、テリの効いたつくねとの相性も抜群である。
侮れないチェーン居酒屋ランチ。
ご飯もなかなか美味い。
炊き加減もよく、やや硬めに炊かれたご飯はどのおかずとも合い、本当にご飯がすすむ。
味噌汁は合わせであり、赤出汁好みの私は残念である。
それでも、ご飯と味噌汁の組合せはやはり落ち着く。
宴会でしか使ったことがなかったが、ランチもまた使ってみようと思った。
