[Sauce] is a secret mixture of several types of tamari, soy sauce, mirin, and rock sugar, and has been added over the years. [Rice] We use not only domestically produced rice, but also delicious rice that is particular about its stickiness, color, and taste. Please enjoy the trinity of eel from Chitose.
