He was involved in his family's rice cultivation from an early age, and as a teenager traveled around the world on a tuna fishing boat. He opened his main restaurant in 2016 after training as a chef while being involved in food from various angles. Since then, we have continued to convey the charm of the region through Sushi, mainly using fish from Mikawa Bay.
