Extremely fresh eel shipped directly from Isshiki and prepared on the same day. We use sauces that have been passed down over many years to provide you with exquisite dishes that are slowly grilled over Bincho charcoal. Our specialty is ``Tamabushi,'' which is served in a custom-made ohitsu. First, enjoy the original taste of the ingredients as is, then enjoy them with condiments and soup stock to your liking. We also offer fluffy and juicy ``Umaki,'' as well as limited quantities of ``Liver Yaki'' and ``Kimowasa.'' You can takeaway. Enjoy the taste you are proud of at home.

Raw tuna is purchased through the unique route of the Seafood specialty store Genki Company. ``Kaijiju'' is a dish where you can enjoy various parts such as lean meat, medium fatty fatty tuna, large fatty tuna, and green onion fatty tuna, and the special sweet soy sauce goes perfectly with the fish. The variety of toppings such as grated yam, sea urchin, and salmon roe are also appealing. The fluffy, freshly-cooked rice that is a great supporting character is made from domestic rice carefully selected by a rice shop. Enjoy it in your favorite way, such as wrapping it in seaweed. We also have tuna yukhoe bowl, which has the aroma of gochujang and garlic that will whet your appetite.
