The popular banquet "Ichinotori" is 2,750 yen. "Akita no Aji" is 5,108 yen, and is full of famous Akita products. Now accepting reservations!
Very popular! Starting with the binchotan-grilled local chicken "Junwa-dori," the Akita local chicken "Hina Jidori" is exquisite. "Chicken Skin Sauce" 132 yen (tax included) The chicken skin is seared |
I visited here on a business trip. According to the locals who accompanied me, this is a restaurant that you can't get in to without a reservation, so the restaurant was almost full. I enjoyed lemon sours and sake while snacking on five kinds of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), thick omelets, stingray fins, and other items. I ordered a great set of three types of Akita local sake (80cc per type) for 1,500 yen, and the sake I got to drink was decided by drawing lots. It was fun! There were many delicious sakes, so I was able to try types that I wouldn't normally order myself, and it was fun. Each skewer of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was quite filling, and for me, who has a small appetite, the size was a little too big.
