2019年10月16日に秋田の地にオープン以降、瞬く間に東北を代表するフレンチレストランとなった「スシュ」
秋田駅より徒歩15分程度の場所にある当店。
王道フレンチを秋田に根付かせたいという想いで店舗を立ち上げた澁谷瑛子シェフ。
澁谷氏は「ル・プティ・ブドン」に入社後、30歳の時に渡仏。
三つ星レストランなどでの修業ののち帰国「ル・プティ・ブドン」にてシェフとして従事。ゴ・エ・ミヨを受賞した。
35歳の時に満を辞して地元の秋田にスシュをオープン。瞬く間に人気店への仲間入りを果たした。
ランチコースは2,600円〜4.800円の間でリーズナブル。ディナーも一番高くて8,500円です。
この日は3,400円のランチコースをいただきました。
ランチコースなのでボリュームは軽めですが、だとしてもかなりコスパが良いかとおもいます。最後のデザート、マンゴープリンが美味しかった。最後まで美味でした。
