I came to the southern part of the prefecture from Akita City on a day off to have lunch! This restaurant was once closed, but I heard that it had reopened under a new owner, so I came here (^^) There was a picture of the Genpachi Gozen, which is only available on weekends, at the entrance, and there was a wide selection, so I was intrigued. You have to take your shoes off before entering the restaurant! I was shown to a table seat. There is a partition between the tables next to us, so you can eat without worrying about those around you. I ordered the Genpachi Gozen, and it was brought to me in about 3 minutes! It was quick ∑(ﾟДﾟ) You can have as much rice and miso soup as you want! The salad was topped with Caesar dressing and was very tasty. The miso soup was light and very healthy (^^). Small dish side dish of butterbur dressed with sesame had a nice texture. There were two types of sashimi, tuna and salmon, the salmon was especially fatty and tasty (^-^). Tempura was crispy but it was cold, which was a shame (^^;; The grilled tuna kalbi was strong and went well with rice, but it was also cold, which was a shame (^^;; The chawanmushi was strong, and almond tofu was a great way to finish off a meal. To be honest, it was delicious, but... I don't want to fry Tempura at home so I eat out, so it's a shame that the Tempura when I eat out is cold. I would like to eat freshly fried Tempura or grilled tuna kalbi etc, so that they don't have to be brought to me in 3 minutes.
