Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have changed to a reservation-only system. This reduces loss of supplies. In addition, the chef's wife's parents grow the vegetables used in the restaurant, though not all of them. They pick only as much as they need from the field and use it in their cooking.
We use cows that have given birth and utilize techniques such as low-temperature vacuum cooking to provide delicious food.
We will be opening a stall at "Aomori Bar Street" in conjunction with the "Hakodate Western District Bar Street" event held in Hokkaido. We hope to liven up the local area a little. We also help out by serving pinchos at the World Culinary Society's social gatherings.

Owner chef Hiromichi Narazaki grows his own vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, and other top-quality ingredients, including fresh fish from Shioya Fish Shop, one of the best fish shops in the Tohoku region. Cheers erupt every night as the gorgeous dishes bloom like bouquets on the table.
