津軽煮干しラーメンを全国へ！
店主は自他ともに認める「煮干し好き」。スープのベースとなるのは、ヒラコ、ウルメ、カタクチ、シロクチの４種類の煮干しからとったダシ。主に鳥取県の境港産のものを厳選して使用しています。津軽地方で古くから愛される煮干し中華は、このダシが命。状態に合わせて下処理を変えるなど、ダシのためには手間を惜しみません。また、麺は「中太麺」「細麺」「手打麺」からお好きな麺が選べます。
