Hatazen, Aomori Shunmi Japanese Cuisine, Yasukata, Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture Founded more than 20 years ago, this Japanese-style meal restaurant uses mainly Aomori ingredients. The owner, who trained at a restaurant in Kyoto, returned to his hometown of Aomori and opened this restaurant. In addition to counter seats, there are tatami rooms and table seats, making it a fairly spacious restaurant. ✔︎Special seasonal course of 8 dishes (6,930 yen) *All prices include tax ✔︎Bottle beer (715 yen), etc. Special seasonal course of 8 dishes. A course of appetizers, appetizers, sashimi, one-serving hot pot, butter-grilled abalone, grilled dishes (meat and grilled fish), abalone risotto, soup, and pickles. A sashimi platter with a focus on local produce from the Tsugaru Straits. The appetizer is a stew of rockfish. Grilled dishes include Hakkoda beef Steak, grilled sea bream with saikyo miso, and corn from Date City, Hokkaido. Unfortunately, the fatty tuna in the sashimi was discolored. The next dish comes when the lid of the pot is opened, and two dishes come out almost at the same time, so the pace of the food is not very customer-oriented. I guess it depends on how you use it. Butter-grilled abalone. Live Ezo abalone from Aomori Prefecture. It was just taken out of the tank in front of me, and it was soft and had a wonderful texture. As expected, it was delicious! Abalone risotto, a special risotto that was made after a small problem. I visited the restaurant just to eat this, but it was even more delicious than I expected. To be honest, there was nothing special about the course I had that day except for the abalone, and if the abalone dishes are this delicious, I would recommend the Aomori Prefecture Live Ezo Abalone Enjoyment Course. Sake. They have a wide selection of local sake from all over Japan, mainly from Aomori Prefecture. The atmosphere is nice, with the food being served in a chilled bamboo tube. The owner is hospitable, as he greets each customer at the counter, but I get the impression that his thoughts have not permeated the restaurant, and the staff are not keeping up with the capacity of the restaurant in terms of cooking and serving customers. If the restaurant was a little smaller and the owner could keep a closer eye on it, it would be a very attractive place. Thank you for the delicious meal (^ω^)y// Hatazen (☆3.66)
