どうも検索すると、かなりの人気居酒屋とわかったこちらのお店。予約必須のようでしたので、本日のおまかせコース(3300円)で予約しました。
店内に入ると既にほぼ満席のようで、活気があります。さすが人気店ですな。まずは生ビール(660円)を注文。
●前菜盛り合わせ
カレー枝豆・メカブ・蕗の炒め物・わらび・トマト豆腐・ベーコンチーズ
前菜盛り合わせを見た瞬間に、こちらのお店の期待は高まります。カレー枝豆は他所で食べたことのない味で美味しい。メカブもたまりません。
●刺身盛り合わせ
天然ホヤ・カンパチ・松川カレイ・タコ・子持ち昆布
刺身もまたどれも素晴らしく、ホヤはエグ味が一切ない新鮮さが感じられます。
⚪︎田酒 純米吟醸 山田穂 1240円
⚫︎ホタテの磯部焼き・カツオの酒盗のソース
これは初めての味ですが、旨い。大きなホタテは青森ならではだし、何よりカツオの酒盗のソースが絶品。
⚪︎ビールおかわり
⚫︎メヒカリ・タケノコ・とうもろこしの天ぷら、塩で。
メヒカリはフワフワに揚げられていて、タケノのコリコリと対照的な食感がいい。
⚪︎六根 吟烏帽子 純米吟醸 970円
⚫︎砂肝と鶏つくね焼き
「焼き」となっていますが実際は「鍋」です。煮立った鍋に鶏つくねを自分で丸めて投入して仕上げます。火力が若干弱いのが難点ですが、鶏つくねは野菜と一緒だとより美味しくなりますね。

小倉アイスモナカ
そもそものコースが安いからか、これで総額7千円でお釣りがくるのはビックリです。コスパ最高ですね。何より料理が美味しいのが大満足です。お店の人の対応もあたたかくて、居心地のよさが嬉しいですね。再訪決定です。
