久しぶりに「ニボラー」が食べたくて、こちらのお店にやって来ました。青森市ではニボラーはメジャーですが、同じ青森県でも八戸市ではあんまり見かけません。しかしこちらは間違いなくニボラーのお店なのを知ってます。
注文したのは「こく煮干し中華 850円」に「肉増し 350円」を追加。
具材はチャーシュー7枚 (デフォが何枚かは知りません)
淡路島産青ネギ

メンマ
麩
スープは非常に濃いこげ茶色で、強烈な煮干しの香りがします。しかし見た目とは違って粘性はなくサラサラした口当たりで、味わいにくどさはありません。
チャーシューは薄くスライスされてますが、味はしっかりしてます。勿論臭みなし。メンマが素晴らしい味です。強い煮干しの香りに、青ネギの爽やかさでサッパリさせてくれるのも、ちょうど良い組み合わせです。
麺は中細のストレートの軟かめ。麺そのものの主張は少なく、スープを生かす麺ですね。
強い煮干しスープには胡椒が合うので、多めに振りかけるのがお勧めです。おろしニンニクも卓上にあったので途中で投入したら、いい方向に味変しました。ご馳走様でした。
ちなみにドリンクメニューはなさそうでした。
