今回はお客さんとのお食事で使わせて頂きました。
コロナ禍もあったので貸切で。
こう言った配慮が素晴らしいと思います。
場所は千葉駅から栄町方向に行ったところ、都川を渡る手前にあります。
渡ったその先は如何わしいお店ｗｗが多数。
そして細い路地に昭和の香りがプンプンするお店の雑居建物があり、その中の一角に當店があります。
知らなければ絶対に入ることがないお店。
それも全面喫煙可という。。。今時の雰囲気は一切ない。
店内も古びた居酒屋という感じで手前に個室、カウンター、そしてテーブル席があります。
テーブル席はアクリル板でしっかりと対策をされてました。
店主と女将は結構なご年齢。年季の入った感じもまたいい。
入り口に置いてある黒電話A500型が現役で使っているというのも凄いです。
さて全員が揃って会食の開始。
仕事中だったこともあったので自分は烏龍茶で乾杯！
まずはトロロ、オクラの冷や汁。魚から取った出し汁を使っている。
冷たくて今のシーズンにはぴったりな感じ。美味しです。
そしてあん肝。臭みが一切なくとろける味わい。
魚の目利きと腕の良さを改めて感じる。
そして朝引きした生の鱧の肝。これも初めて食べてみたが美味しい。
少量しか食べられませんが、予約して食べるといいかもしれません。
次にその鱧を使った湯引き鱧とゼリー寄せ。
流石朝引きだけあって鮮度は抜群。都内の下手な料亭を超えた味わいと食感。
梅肉ソースも一工夫されていてこれまた良い。サッパリしているので蒸し暑い時には良いです。
そして河豚の白子の茶碗蒸し。
出汁がしっかり、白子の旨味も良い感じ。ふんわり柔らかで良かったです。
刺物は鯵、マグロ中トロ、ヒラマサ。どれも最高レベル！
そしてしんじょ。ふんわり柔らかでこれまた美味しい。何より出汁が素晴らしい。
焼き物は鰆。程よい塩加減がまた美味しい。
そして河豚の唐揚げ。骨までしゃぶりつきたくなるような味わいでした。
最後に和牛のしゃぶしゃぶサラダ。
ちょっと居酒屋ちっくなものでしたが牛肉のレベルが半端なかったです。
レモンの輪切りといい、昔ながらの盛り付け、居酒屋っぽさもありますが、腕は抜群に良いと思います。ツマミの勉強には最高なお店です。
最後に冷や汁を出してもらいましたが、これまた凄い。魚から取った出汁が半端なく美味しかったです。
お客さんも大喜びしてくれました。
いやはや千葉にこんなお店があったとはびっくりです。
とは言え店主はかなりご高齢な方なので、今行っとくべきお店の一つだと思います。
昼に夜のコースを頼んでいるので今回は夜の内容とさせて頂きました。
またお酒を飲みながら 美味しい料理を味わいたいと思います。
