久しぶりに友達と夕飯行こうということになり千葉方面へ。予約はしていないので何を食べようかも決めていない。千葉駅周辺で友達がイタリアンはどう？と言うことで任せます。
4300円のコースにアラカルトでパスタを1品追加します。
前菜は8種類、華やかな一皿ですね。白子にワカサギのフリット、タイのカルパッチョにタコのマリネ。自家製ハムに野菜のバーニャカウダ等、とても手の込んだ料理です。勿論、味付けやバランスも流石。
コースでは2種類のパスタをチョイスします。
名前が長いので大雑把に書きます。
自家製サルシッチャとサンマのトロッコリはサルシッチャの歯応えと旨味か強くサンマの主張が薄くなるほど。ソースにコクがありバランスは良い。
スペイン産ウサギとパプリカのタヤリンはクセの少ないウサギを白ワインで仕立ててます。平打ちの細いタヤリンはソースの絡まりが良くこれも美味しい。
追加オーダーの色々なキノコとドライポルチーニのクリームソースは友達がどうしても食べたいと言っていた一品。濃厚なクリームソースとポルチーニのクセか良いですね。合わせたパスタのタリアテッレは太めでモチモチの食感。濃厚なクリーム系ソースにピッタリで正にベストマッチ。
オーストラリア産グラスフェット牛サーロインのタリアータは赤身の強いグラスフェット牛ですがサーロインで肉質は柔らか。白みそベースの優しいソースとカボチャのムースが甘く脂の少ない肉に味のボリュームを加えています。付け合わせのジャガイモもソースと合いますね。
パスタに拘ったお店なのでバラエティー豊富で色々な形のパスタを揃えていました。料理の質も流石ですね。また来訪したいと思います。
