◯ 魯肉飯 ルーローハン 1200円
とろっとろの肉だが、スモーキーな苦味がバランス良く、いくらでも食べられる。脂身も多いのだが、全くしつこさがなく、口の中でとろけていく。
豚肉以外の秘密の肉を使っているかと思って聞くと、豚の皮肉とのこと。丸一日煮込むなど、手間暇かけた味。また、八角やシナモンを初め、スパイスを使っているそう。スモーキーさの秘密も、このあたりにあるのかも。
お通し代が500円に、ボリュームも控えめ。女性なら夕食になるかも。
1階はテーブル席で、2階は照明を落としたバーカウンター。コンセプトは割烹というより、和食バーのよう。この料理をバーで味わえるとなると、なかなか貴重かも。
