旬の食材や鮮魚、旬野菜を使った創作和食などがゆったりと寛ぎながら食べられるお店でーす！

フルサイズだとかなり大きいのだそうで、ハーフサイズにしてもらいましたー！
柔らかなレタスやしゃきっとフレッシュな玉ねぎやパプリカがなんかオシャレ(^^)

高級なお肉の味ーレアでとても美味しい(o^^o)
◎栃尾揚げ（とちあげ）4種類あって、ねぎ味噌をチョイス❤️
新潟名物だそうで、初めて食べたよぉ！
ふっくらとしたお揚げにネギ味噌がたっぷりではちみつ梅酒とすごくマリアージュしてて嬉しい。
◎帆立のバター醤油焼き
まるで旅館に来たかのような、鮮度のいい海鮮たち。特にこの大きなホタテの分厚くて美味ー！❤️
◎鮮魚6種盛り
わあー！すごい豪華で美しい盛り付けにうっとりー！(^^)❤️
まぐろ、サーモン、カツオ、メサバ、桜づり、タイ！！
春ならではの、桜色にすき透るお魚も新鮮そのものー！マグロも、どのお魚も活き活き❤️美味しいなぁっ。
