今年の人間ドックは、少し遅くなって9月の土曜日に…
検査が全て終われば、恒例の海浜幕張、テクノガーデン24Fでの昼食です。
毎年、中華料理でフカヒレそばをいただきのがパターンでしたが、今年は気分を変えて和食のお店「土風炉」さんへ。
※海鮮ちらし鮨・幌加内蕎麦セット
人間ドックあとのランチは、6種類の中から選びます。
うち3種類が幌加内蕎麦のセットでしたので、ちらし鮨とのセットにしました。
海鮮ちらし鮨は、酢飯が赤酢を使っているのかな？ほんのりとした色付きです。
バラちらしみたいな具材。ワサビがのってないのはなぜだろ？
アタマが薬味系で和えてあるってことかもしれません。
お刺身と酢飯ってシンプルな組み合わせではなく、全体的にひねりがあるんだと思いました。
蕎麦は…麺好きにはもう少しボリュームが欲しかったかな…
まあ、胃カメラ飲んで麻酔あけの胃袋にはちょうど良いのかもしれませんが…
マンゴープリン…薬膳系のクコの実などが入ってます。
何か呑んだあとの〆だったらいいんですけど、約18時間食べずに空腹の状態では…
