おっちゃん、実は大阪生まれの京都育ちでバリバリの関西人なんや。
せやから、お好み焼きだけは、ちょっとうるさいでー。
で、近所にある、道とん堀はん、なんで食べログでこの点数なんや？
みんなチェーン店には厳しいんかのう〜？
キャベツは粗みじん切りで、生地もなかなかなもんや。
わしが焼いたら、歯応えサックリ、中はホクホクで
相方さんもめっちゃ美味しい言うとったわ〜。
ええか、お好みは、材料もろたら後は自己責任や。
お好みは、もんじゃ焼きと違ってキャベツ焼きや。
キャベツをほっくりケーキのように焼き上げるねん。
生地と卵は、ただのつなぎやさかい混ぜ過ぎたらあかんで〜。
鉄板に材料乗せたら、後はひたすら我慢やで〜。
ひっくり返してコテでパンパンとか絶対したらあかんで〜。
とか、偉そうなこと言うてますけど、この日はひっくり返す時失敗してちょっと分解しました(笑)
