船橋に100年の歴史を誇る「おかめ寿司」。
都会の喧騒から離れ、本当に美味しい寿司を求めて訪れました。
外観からはその長い歴史を感じることはできません。（改装したらそうか）
おまかせの前菜、そして色とりどりの巻物。
素材の旨味を最大限に引き出すための職人の技は見事で、ホタルイカやホッキ貝、鰯の巻きなど、どれも絶品でした。
特に注目すべきは白甘鯛の昆布〆。
2～3日寝かせて作るとおっしゃっていた昆布〆は、他では味わえないほど食感で、柔らかいシャリとの相性が絶妙でした。
また、大将はフレンドリーで親しみやすいお方。
説明を丁寧に行いながら、一品一品を丁寧に握ってくれます。
周囲の常連客もリラックスして楽しんでいる様子で、とても落ち着いた雰囲気が広がっていました。
そして、何より驚いたのは量の多さ。
つまみから始まり握りへと進むコースは、美味しさと共に満腹がっつり！
心もお腹も満足です！
丁寧に作られ、素材の旨味を最大限に引き出すための配慮が感じられました。
価格は少々高めですが、その価値は十分にあると感じました。
美味しいお酒とともに、ゆっくりと寿司を楽しむことができる場所です。
