Food `` selection course'' of creative Japanese-style meal with a focus on local production for local consumption.
We strive to produce locally for local consumption, mainly using tuna caught in Chiba Prefecture, as well as vegetables and seafood from Chiba Prefecture. The only meal available is the creative Japanese-style meal selection Course (7,000 yen). We offer a menu that takes advantage of the flavors of each season, from fresh sashimi and steamed foie gras to side dishes, grilled dishes, delicacies, fried foods, and desserts. Depending on your budget, we may be able to increase the number of items or raise the grade of ingredients, so please feel free to contact us.
