土曜のみランチを楽しめるので突撃して見ることに。
もつ鍋ランチ 1780円 2人前から
せっかくなので店名にも入っているもつ鍋を楽しめるランチを選択。もつ鍋あまり食べた事が無いのでワクワクです。
鍋は食べられる状態で提供されます。醤油味ベースのスープが食べる前から良い香りを立ち上らせてます。
ぷりぷりのもつは臭みなど一切なく脂の甘味を軽やかに味わえる。キャベツや豆腐、ネギも美味しい。こんなに美味しい料理だったんだ。
〆はラーメンか雑炊かを選択。ラーメンにしましたが麺自体に甘味が少しあり、スープが少し甘くなりすぎるので雑炊にすべきだったかな。
食後のデザートは胡麻プリンを選択。モチモチで胡麻の香りが良かった。
ほかのランチもよくばり定食は1650円で米、味噌汁、サラダ、刺身、焼き魚、煮魚、天ぷら、食後のコーヒーが付くというとんでもないサービス。
これは素晴らしいコストパフォーマンスのランチ。とにかくもつが美味しかった！
