It seems that they will be open until the 31st this year. I went in because there was a flag saying that you can eat Juwari Soba from Azumino in Shinshu. The order was (cold) Japanese yam yam soba for 1,034 yen. After a while, pieces of real wasabi and grated shark skin appeared. I saw Chojiro's wasabi grated for the first time in a while. Maybe...in the area between JR Ichikawa and JR Motoyawata...I thought this was the only shop that served grated wasabi...and my expectations were high. Then in the kitchen... bukkake? Words were flying around. I rubbed the wasabi on it for a while, thinking, ``This is definitely not my soba.'' The wasabi is too small...the wasabi grater is too small...it's super troublesome to rub it off⤵I apologized from behind. Arrival of rice bowl. Garn (ToT) All the illustrations on the menu showed Mori Soba...I had imagined that Mori Soba would come with grated yam on a separate plate, but that was not the case⤵It was quite disappointing. The soba noodles are soaked in salty soup and the grated yam is served directly on top. It's over 1,000 yen, which is not a good value. When I visit a restaurant for the first time, I don't know what will be served...I should have asked ⤵ The 100% Shinshu soba and wild yam were ruined ⤵ It's salty ⤵ Kansai people definitely can't do it. be careful! It's selfish of me to say that the store is good, but I was fooled by the confusing illustrations, which is a shame because the material is good. At least... if they had put the soba soup in a soba bottle and served it separately, I could have enjoyed the soba and wild yam first (´Д`) Haha... Everything was so salty. worst. Next time, I'd like to try Mori Soba, Tororo, and Soba Soup separately...Recommended for those who like strong soba soup. If you like light, light, sweet and spicy soba soup, please be careful with the soba soup at this restaurant. Personally, I like the 100% soba/handmade soba noodles at Kamo near Ichikawa Station, Tendo, or Shimousa Nakayama, or Sakura's Hokkaido soba noodles...but next time, I'd like to get my revenge with a warm bamboo steamer. It was like a feast. I'll come back later.
