... luxurious "assorted sashimi" packed with seasonal fresh fish. "Swimming Squid Sashimi" is made with live squid sent directly from the farm as sashimi. Sashimi and simmered ``fishing'' bullion sea bream, the highest quality brand, directly delivered from Choshi Port, Chiba Prefecture.
