A total of nine dishes packed with the local flavors of Niigata and two hours of all-you-can-drink. The dishes feature Niigata specialties and offer seasonal flavors. The dishes, made with fresh local ingredients, allow customers to experience Niigata's rich culture with all five senses.
We offer a luxurious menu of 10 dishes, centered around Niigata's specialty "Hegisoba," and all-you-can-drink options for 4,500 yen. The dishes make use of Niigata's traditions and local ingredients, and are made with fresh produce picked that day.
