When I got home and searched, I found that Jibun was only open for lunch on Saturdays. I decided to go this Saturday as they said they only take reservations for lunch on weekdays. At a Sushi restaurant in town, the personality of the owner is extremely important. No matter how good Sushi is, Sushi made by a chef who seems to be in a hurry is not going to be delicious. We talked without drinking or eating anything (lol), but we came to eat Sushi. After asking for a draft beer, I looked at the menu. There was something special on the lunch menu, so I asked if it was the same as the evening special. On this day, I ate a moderate amount, but I felt that this is a restaurant where you can maintain the level of quality even if you eat 15 kan.
