I'm coming to Minamikashiwa. Last time I ate eel at [a:12019437,Ishibashi] in Minamikashiwa, I walked around for a bit. I haven't been here much so I don't have any familiarity with the area. After looking at several shops, I noticed this one. I just took a picture of the exterior and continued walking, hoping to come back someday. When I got home and searched, I found that Jibun was only open for lunch on Saturdays. I decided to go this Saturday as they said they only take reservations for lunch on weekdays. When I arrived at the store, the noren was out. The general was at the scene. We talked calmly from beginning to end. At a Sushi restaurant in town, the personality of the owner is extremely important. No matter how good Sushi is, Sushi made by a chef who seems to be in a hurry is not going to be delicious. We talked without drinking or eating anything (lol), but we came to eat Sushi. After asking for a draft beer, I looked at the menu. There was something special on the lunch menu, so I asked if it was the same as the evening special. I wanted to know if the content was the same and the price was better, or if the content was lowered and it was better. Since it's my first time, I want to eat the best food that shows the level of the restaurant. This Lunch Special is just the best for lunch, so I will show you the Grand Menu. There was something that hit the special mark, so I'll start by adding to it. The level is high. I was satisfied. As expected, the tuna had good parts, and the white meat was also good. On this day, we had bigeye and stone sea bream. Sushi restaurants in town often use flounder and red sea bream, so it feels fresh. The shrimp was tiger prawns, but I also received botan prawns. On this day, I ate a moderate amount, but I felt that this is a restaurant where you can maintain the level of quality even if you eat 15 kan. This is Jibun's preference, but the conger eel is a handful. Next time, I would like to cut it in half and have it with nails and salt. I'm looking forward to my next visit. * Turban shell ① Bigeye kelp jime * Tamagoyaki ② Medium fatty tuna ③ Red meat ④ Tiger prawns ⑤ Red shellfish ⑥ Large fatty tuna ⑦ Stone sea bream ⑧ Conger eel * Salad ⑨ Salmon roe ⑩ Sea urchin * Bowl ⑪ Botan shrimp ⑫ Shellfish ⑬ Scallops * Pickles ⑭ Mackerel gari rolls * draft beer, bottled beer
