海鮮と日本酒が豊富な立ち飲みも出来る居酒屋
仕事終わりからの猛ダッシュで柏駅（千葉県）へ向かう。このお店は迷わなければ改札を出て３分かからない場所にある。
今日は柏で人気を誇る美味しい魚と色々な日本酒が揃っている「SAKE BAR サカナノトモ」さんで一人呑み。
お店に入ると左側に奥へと伸びた長めの調理場があり、それを囲むように立ち飲みカウンターが存在する。
そしてその先にはテーブル席があり立ち飲みエリアと差別化されている。
差別化と言ってもテーブル席は選べるお通し（席料）が必要で立ち飲み側はこれの必要が無いというだけ。
さてメニュー選びです。刺し身は外せないので「お造り盛合わせ¥660-」を頼もうと思っていたのですがメニューに「２名様分のオーダーから承ります。」とのこと。(>0<；)
注文を取りに来たスタッフさんに２名分だとどのくらいの量になるか訪ねていると厨房内のスタッフさん（店長さん？）から「1名様分でお造りしますよ。」と嬉しいお言葉。立ち飲みの一人客には元々1名分で作ってくれるのか、まだ早い時間で空いていたので特別に対応してくれたのかは分かりませんがとても有り難い気遣いです。✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧ｱﾘｶﾞﾄｳｺﾞｻﾞｲﾏｼﾀ
もう一品だけ食べ物を・・・「本日の海鮮と野菜の天ぷら盛合わせ¥858-」をオーダーです。
そして最初から飛ばします。ファーストドリンクは日本酒で「飛露喜（5勺）¥550-」をお願いします。
待つことわずか。。。日本酒の飛露喜と和らぎ水が登場です。※これまた素晴らしい気遣い。
飛露喜を頂きながら待つことしばし、「お造り盛合わせ」が運ばれて来ました。
内容はホタテ、カツオ、本マグロ、マダイ、間八 の分厚い切り身が一切れずつ。良く耳にする魚貝名だがこの値段でコレだけ揃えて出てくる代物ではない。（カツオ以外は）
口にしていくと・・・
ホタテは身も柔らかくて美味い。
カツオは皮目側がシッカリと炙られ香ばしさが鼻を抜ける。（ちゃんと香りを出すための炙りになっていて感動。）
マダイと間八は余計な水分が抜かれており、良い味に仕上がってます。新鮮な身を使っているのかシッカリ目な歯ごたえでした。
本マグロは口に残るほどではないですが、少し筋を感じました。味は良かったです。
５切れではありますが、この値段でこのクオリティなら満足です。
ここで日本酒を追加します。「石鎚ひやおろし（5勺）¥550-」をお願いします。今季初めての ひやおろし です。
これを頂きながら同じ頃に出て来た「天ぷら盛合わせ」を楽しみます。
天ぷらは海老、アナゴ、キス、舞茸、獅子唐、ネギ・・・ 等など。
上手に火が入っていて美味しかったです。
18:00を過ぎてくると次々にお客が入って来ます。自分がお店を出る頃には一杯で断られていました。
人気店ですね。早目の時間でも複数人で利用したい場合は予約が必要です。
今日は一人呑みなので早めに退散します。（18:20）
今度また色々と試しに来ます。

Today, after work, I made a mad dash to Kashiwa Station (Chiba Prefecture) for a year-end party for one person... My destination was ``SAKE BAR Sakana Tomo,'' which is popular in Kashiwa and serves delicious fish and a variety of sake. When you enter the store, there is a long cooking area on the left that extends to the back, and surrounding it are Standing bar counters. Today, I will ask you to stand at the far end of the long counter. Furthermore, there are table seats in the back, which differentiates it from Standing bar area. *Even though it is called differentiation, it only means that table seats require a selection of otoshi (seating fees), while Standing bar bars do not require this. Now it's time to choose the menu. Since you can't miss the sashimi, we recommend the ``Osashimi Assortment'' for ¥660. It seems that each person in Standing bar area can order from 1 person. I ordered one more food..."Assorted Oden". And for the first drink, I would like a sake called ``Akabu (5 yen) ¥550-''. There's only a short wait. . . Japanese sake akabu and Yawaragi water are now available. *This is another wonderful consideration. After waiting for a while while receiving the akabu, the ``Osashi Assorted'' and ``Oden Assorted'' were brought to us.
