You can enjoy their signature dishes in a relaxed, adult space. The interior of the restaurant has a Japanese modern atmosphere with a black and white wood motif, and is lit with downlights to put the spotlight on the food. Japanese decorations are found throughout. The counter seats six people facing the open kitchen, allowing you to enjoy your meal while watching the cooking. The tables are made of white wood and feature chic black chairs, allowing you to spend a relaxing time.

We carefully select fresh fish every day and choose cooking methods that bring out its flavor. In particular, we offer high-quality bluefin tuna, sea urchin, wasabi, and hairy crab, even at a loss. We purchase hairy crab while it is still alive, so you can enjoy the freshness of freshly cut crab. Another feature is that we change the broth and seasoning according to the cooking method. This is a technique that only someone who knows the quality of fresh fish can show. Our clay pot rice varies depending on the season, such as red sea bream and hairy crab. It is cooked fresh after you place your order.

Our restaurant allows you to enjoy pairing sake with whiskey. We always have over 10 types of fresh sake available in 4-go bottles, and we can also discuss the taste you prefer. We also recommend trying different types to go with your meal. We also offer a selection of rare Japanese whiskeys, with seven types on the main menu and about nine other rare whiskeys in total.
