アパマンショップ脇の階段を二階に上がると
お洒落な和モダンカウンターがそこに広がっていました(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
一品一品、目の前で調理され、提供されるカウンターのお寿司屋さんみたいな【迫力】。思わず息止めて見惚れてしまう雰囲気。
どのお料理とっても丁寧な仕上がりで
味わいも、最高。
全てコース料理で提供するスタイルで、
4月1日にオープンしたとは思えない完成度の高さ。ここまで満足できたら、ハイ！リピート確定(ﾟ∀ﾟ)！

◎赤穂産生牡蠣かんずりのせ
◎桜鯛の酒粕漬けロースト
◎サカナラボ特製赤酢の握り各種
ヤバイ、全て載せそうになりました(ﾟ∀ﾟ)笑
【握り】は、お寿司屋で修行していた大将にとっては、お手の物。赤酢を使ったシャリはクセが一切なく、味はしっかりの江戸前スタイルで私好みでした。最後に〆の〆鯖が出てきた時には、ウケた←コレ私だけ？笑
ああ〜久しぶりにレビューした後、余韻に浸ってる感じ久しぶりだなぁ〜
満足感があったお店って思い出して気持ち良くなりますよね…♡
オープンしたばかりのお店。
コレは、流行りそうな予感しかしない。

実は、お寿司屋さんではありません(≧∀≦)
魚料理専門をカウンターダイニングで、イケメン大将が振る舞う絶品料理の数々。
今年4月にオープンしてからというもの、完全予約制で毎日大盛況。
コチラのお店、個人的にかなり気に入っておりまして、ヘビロテさせていただいております(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
コースでもっと握りが食べたい！という要望が多い為、最近「つまみ＆握りのお任せコース」をスタートさせたそうです。
ワタシも今回、初めてこのコースで利用させていただきました。
ちょうどイイボリュームで最初から最後まで、
美味しく食べさせていただきました。
一品一品すごく上品な仕上がりで、ご一緒させていただいた師匠もとても喜んでました。
また利用させていただきます！
