つけ麺（大）＋特製全部のせ＋スープ増量
平日月曜日の7時5分ごろに食券を買いに行き、7時食券販売開始で10人ほど並んでいました。
私はつけ麺大（960）、特製全部のせ（750）、スープ増量（100）を買い、食券を店員に渡し12時の予約となりました。
12時に店舗に到着すると5分ほどで店内に通されました。店内は綺麗でジャズなどが流れ、提供されるお水の氷も丸い綺麗な形をしており、様々な部分に配慮が行き届いていると感じました。10分ほどでつけ麺が提供されました。
麺はコシがあり、スープとよく絡め合うようにできておりました。スープは魚介系濃厚で最後に柚子が良く効いていました。私はスープ100cc増量にしましたが、つけ麺大の量でしたら十分にスープの量を気にせずに食べることができます。特製全部のせは味玉、数種類の個性溢れるチャーシューであり、値段相応の価値がありました。私は、麺がなくなった後にスープが3分の１程度残っており、ご飯を頼みスープに入れて食べました。スープ割りも非常に美味しいですが、ご飯とスープの相性も抜群ですのでオススメです。

小ライス（魚沼産コシヒカリ） 150円
つけ麺にコシがありプリッとしていて最高でした。スープとの絡みも良くとても美味しかったです。最後に小ライスをスープに入れて食べましたがコシヒカリの甘さとスープがマッチしていました。
特選トッピングはどれも美味でした。
最後に柑橘を入れた締めの割スープをいただきスッキリできました。
