When you say nigiri classic, what comes to mind is tuna? Of course, our tuna is delicious, but our signature nigiri is kohada. Kohada is made with red vinegar and rice vinegar, and is aged for 3~7 days. It is very different from the sour kohada, and when it is served as nigiri, it has already become a "mass of umami". The quality of the ingredients is brought out in a single piece of sushi, and the taste is so full of flavor that it will make even the most seasoned chef groan. Please try our signature kohada.

The type of alcohol you want to accompany Sushi is definitely Japanese sake. We have local sake from all over the country. Aromas include Kamo Nishiki Sake Brewery in Niigata, a delicious rice producer, Hoken Sake from Houken Sake Brewery in Hiroshima Prefecture, Sakuma from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in Mie Prefecture, Kaze no Mori, No. 6, Hidakami, etc.・We collect items with different characteristics and individuality, such as sharpness and spiciness. Gari is a small addition to the side of Sushi. I had no choice but to give up on the fact that I was being imaged and treated as a supporting character. Gari Tomato was created with a determination to no longer be seen as a supporting role. By combining it with tomatoes, we transformed it into a main dish! Gari Tomato, which has an even more refreshing taste with blue shiso dressing, is also popular as a great dish to refresh your palate between Tempura and Sushi! Take a look at the new side of Gari.
