This shop is located diagonally in front of the ropeway platform. It looked like I would arrive much earlier than the scheduled time on this day, so I called again to confirm and they kindly agreed to come. First, let's toast with beer and highball! The appetizer is surimi with octopus in the soup stock. The chicken tataki doesn't have any strange crunch or smell and is delicious! Yuzu pepper and garlic are doing a good job again. The fried liver with sesame oil has a fluffy texture that goes well with the sesame oil sauce. (Actually, I'm not good at liver system...My partner likes liver system. Up until now, I've been recommended that I can do this and I'm always disappointed.This day is also the usual pattern...I won't be fooled! I thought to myself. Try it while thinking!) Delicious! There's no odor and it's creamy, but it doesn't have that unpleasant feeling. I was surprised. My partner was grinning next to me.
