しまなみ海道にあるミシュラン2018で星も取ったお寿司屋さん。ただ、お寿司屋さんというより魚料理屋さんという印象を受けた。
魚料理は魚も料理法も大将と相談しながら決めていく方式。最初に出てくるその日の魚のバットは圧巻。
骨煎餅までついたオコゼの唐揚げとアコウの中華蒸しが好きだった。
握りも美味しいが、普通に美味しいお寿司屋さんといった感じ。
とても美味しかったのが玉子！なかにご飯を入れた独特なとろとろ玉子。また愛媛に来た時にテイクアウトで玉子だけでも買えればいいのに、というくらい美味しい。
日本酒はとても種類が多く試飲もさせてくれるので日本酒好きは堪らないと思う。白ワインも3種類用意してあった。
まぐろがいるか聞かれ、いると答えたら3貫出してくれた。美味しいけれどせっかくの機会なのに地魚じゃないのを食べるのが勿体なく感じたので、1貫お願いします、など細かく答えた方がいい。
また、一皿一皿の魚料理の量があるのである程度の人数(3人以上、できたら5人で行った方が楽しいと思った。
大将のホスピタリティもすごく素敵な時間がすごせた。
