If you are flying, the fastest way is to rent a car from Hiroshima Airport and take the Tadanoumi Port to Moriko Port ferry. If you are using public transportation, there is a bus from Imabari, but the return trip ends around 6pm, so you will need to stay nearby. I recommend Matsuzaki Ryokan, which is about a 10-minute walk from the restaurant. |

Most of the fish used are from the local Seto Inland Sea. Even though they are generally considered to be common fish, by providing them with the exceptional freshness that can only be found locally, we are able to enhance the value of the fish and support the local fishing industry.
Rather than catching fish randomly, we prioritize direct transactions with fishermen who target high-quality adult fish and add value by subjecting them to appropriate processing such as nerve-killing. We support fishermen who catch only the necessary amount of valuable fish, rather than traditional fishing methods that catch large amounts of fish that have no market value.
