Rather than catching fish randomly, we prioritize direct transactions with fishermen who target high-quality adult fish and add value by subjecting them to appropriate processing such as nerve-killing. We support fishermen who catch only the necessary amount of valuable fish, rather than traditional fishing methods that catch large amounts of fish that have no market value.
