If you are flying, the fastest way is to rent a car from Hiroshima Airport and take the Tadanoumi Port to Moriko Port ferry. If you are using public transportation, there is a bus from Imabari, but the return trip ends around 6pm, so you will need to stay nearby. I recommend Matsuzaki Ryokan, which is about a 10-minute walk from the restaurant. |

愛媛県松山市桑原１丁目９−５にある一里木マルシェさんにて今治市伯方島にあるあか吉さんから大将が握りに来てくださるとの告知があったので、握りができる予定の午前9時、20分前から並んでみました。
一里木マルシェさんには神経締めで全国的に有名な藤本さんの魚屋さんが入っており、定期的にこのようなイベントがあるので楽しまさせてもらっています。
大間産本まぐろ握り盛り合わせ2280円
だし巻き(ごはん入り)1980円
を無事購入することができました。だし巻きはお昼過ぎくらいにできるとのことで電話番号を伝えて後ほど受け取りに。その際、まぐろ握り盛り合わせはまだ残っていました。スーパーのお鮨としては少しお高いからかな…お店で食べるよりだいぶ安いんだけどな…。
んー、まぐろは口の中でとろけます。でもお持ち帰り用なので、シャリが冷たく、お店で食べた方が数段美味しくなるんだろうなと思いました。
だし巻きの方は焼きたてほやほやで温かく、ボリューミー、卵かけご飯のような卵がからんだ酢飯が新しい味わいで美味しかったです。
