小ぶりな餃子で、
どことなく、高知の人気店「安兵衛」を
思わせるところがあるが、
ぽんせ、の餃子の方が、すこ。
パリっとした表面は、
揚げ焼きに近く、
一口で頬張れば、
まるで小籠包かの様に、
肉汁がじゅわっ
と溢れ出る。
いや、小籠包は言いすぎなんだけどｗ
でも、それくらいに、
外側のパリっとした食感と
中の餡のジューシーさのバランスは
上手に作られていると思います。
鶏ガラスープを入れているのかな？
注文を聞いてから、
その分を毎回、手で包み、
ササっと焼かれているので、
手際も良く、見ていて楽しい。
（あんまり見えないけどｗ）
ノーマルタイプの餃子(7個入)に加え、
・大葉入り(6個)
・旨辛～唐辛子入り(6個)
があって。
いずれも500円だ。
餃子のタレは、
関西風で、初めから調合されている。
あと、レモン汁が酢の代わりに
添えられているのが面白かった。
大葉入りのは、
このレモン汁に、胡椒をふって
食べてみても、面白いとのこと。
ふむ、確かに。
お隣の方が頼まれていた、
スープの中に餃子が入った
・ガラ玉スープ
も溶き卵が入っていて、
美味しそうだった。
今度はそれを頼もう。
おでんは、
見た目からもう強烈に
濃そうなイメージを受けるが、
濃口醤油なのだろうか、
強い味の中に、
深い甘味を感じられ、
京だしの、対極にいる様な、
いわゆる黒おでん。
これはこれで、ありだなぁ。
喫煙可能店なので、
子供連れて行けないけど、
テイクアウトもされている様でした。
総じて美味しかったです。
ここはまた行こうっと。
