Food Sena specialty [sea Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)]
Our proud ``Koshihikari'' is filled with ``the finest fresh sea urchin'' from Hokkaido, which is grown on a diet rich in kelp grown in the rough and cold waters of the northern seas, and is vigorously cooked in an old-fashioned hagama pot. This is Sena's specialty [sea Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)]. For the course fee + 2,750 yen per person, we will change your meal to sea urchin Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot).
With the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen in Fukui, we will create an extraordinary Japanese space that breathes in silence, just 3 minutes by car from Fukui Station.
