老舗割烹のカウンター・テーブル主体の新業態のようで、ミシュランガイド・ゴエミヨ掲載店です。大箱ですが、平日月曜お客は多分当方1名のみ、箱は隈研吾事務所、事務所関与は外回り内装まで。テーブル配置もあるけど席は手暗がりで論外、照明温度もダメダメで、美味しそうには映らない。お料理は一番お高いコースで、まあまあですが、甘鯛はカルキ臭い、まあ閑散としてるのも分かります。パクパク食べたので、50分で終わったのと、日本酒セレクションは良かったです（笑）
