Since I came to Fukui, I decided to have Echizen oroshi soba. This was my first visit to Amida Soba. The soba here is 100% buckwheat flour, flat noodles, and firm. The grated daikon radish soup is not too spicy, so you can enjoy it either with the soba noodles or with the soup. The grilled mackerel Sushi is made from mackerel that has been marinated in vinegar and then grilled, and it is light and delicious❗️ I wish it was a little larger. The total price of ¥1,810 for this set seems a bit expensive. I finished it off with soba soup. Thank you for the meal.
