金沢からの帰りに福井へも寄り道して晩ごはんを食べようと探したお店。
福井といえば有名な大衆焼鳥店がこの近くにもあるが
こちらはオープンしてまだそんなにたたないのにも関わらずミシュラン掲載店ということで行ってみた。
高級感あるカウンターの大人の雰囲気のお店。
最初に玉手箱のような重箱が登場!
開けるとスモークがモクモクの演出
そこには鶏刺しやタタキなどがあってどれも美味しい
その後、オリーブ地鶏の焼鳥やつまみ類が順番に出てくるおまかせのコース
どれも美味しくいろいろ楽しめて5800円はお得だと思う。
