もはや言うまでもない有名店にやっといけた
3ヶ月ほど前の予約で取れたのはラッキーかな
場所は福井の中でも田舎の方
金沢駅からタクシーで行ったら3万かかりましたがJRの近くの駅からタクシーで来れば5.6000円で行けたらしい
最初はゴジラ海老や鰈の出汁煮から
セイコガニは卵のシャキシャキが楽しい
そしてここからはまさに越前蟹との格闘だ
あんなに甲羅の豆腐が取れるなんで知らなかった
そして味噌がとにかくうまい
身をつけても食べたいので気持ちを抑えて半分食べたところで身の方へ
身は旨みがすごくシンプルな塩茹でが最高
女将さん達の愛情が伝わる説明が増して美味しくさせる
むさぼるのでひたすら無言になる、やはり会食には向かないですねえ
蟹が大きすぎるので少食の方は持ち帰りもできるそう。もちろん私は最高の食材を最高の状態で食べることを大切にしているのでその場で完食
最後には優しい雑炊まで
ちなみに焼酎割りを頼んだらとんでも愛情割りで飛びそうになりました^ ^
またいつか必ず来ます。
