Eating a whole crab by yourself - that dream situation can come true at Kawaki. This restaurant offers private rooms for groups, but it seems that the trajectory of the restaurant is that we were able to make a reservation every day. It's a 40-minute drive from Komatsu Airport, and you can feel the crab as soon as you enter the restaurant. lol We were shown to our room, and the first thing that came out was fresh sashimi. The sweet shrimp was very tasty, with plenty of eggs. The flounder was boiled only with salt, but it had a strong flavor and I was surprised at how delicious the ingredients were. Then came the crab, one for each person, and we put on aprons. First, they gave us miso, instructed us on how to eat it, and then we just had to eat it at our own speed. After struggling with a lot of crab juice, we were praised for finishing it all up lol Finally, the rice porridge was served, but before that, they recommended hot sake to drink from the shell, so we decided to have it. Hot rice porridge + hot sake = an environment where the sake flows, but it was very delicious and we ate it until the end. The crabs served vary depending on the season, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
