Takenoya's most popular Hakata Guru Guru Torikawa! By repeating the process of grilling, letting it rest, and marinating it in the sauce, the fat is slowly removed and the sauce soaks in, resulting in a crispy exterior and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) interior. It is made exclusively for Torikawa, using plenty of ingredients from Kyushu, and has a seasoning that is different from the sauce used for.
