福岡旅行の機会に、ずっと食べてみたかったうなぎの蒸籠蒸しをいただいてきました！
福岡の柳川ではうな重を蒸籠蒸しでいただくそう。
普通のうな重となにが違うのかなと思ったら、結構違う！タレがしみたご飯ごと蒸すので、いつもよりさっぱり！でもうなぎのジューシーさや、焦げた旨味などはなくならないから、ぺこりと食べられるのに、食べ応え十分。量が多いかな？と思ったけど女性でも食べられました。おなかいっぱい〜。
肝吸いも上品。お漬物の置き方まで綺麗！
日曜の昼だったので、電話で席予約して行きましたが、道案内などとっても親切に説明してくださって、着いてからも、すぐわかりました？とかメニューの説明も丁寧でとても素敵な接客でした。
お値段は高すぎず、安すぎずです。福岡の良い思い出になりました^_^
