とにかく、絶対に今行っておいたほうがいいお鮨屋さん。
ひと手間加えられた握りと料理はどれもリピートしたくなる文句なしの美味しさ。
楽しそうに握られる大将の泉氏の鮨を握る姿勢とお世話になった方々への感謝が形になっている。
ガッチリくるのに何処かやさしさがある。
器もちょっと気をつけてみてほしい。
