``Mentaiko Ten Wagyu Grilled Sukiju'' is a collaboration between ``Mentaiko Tempura'', which uses a whole mentaiko, Fukuoka's famous specialty, and ``Yakisuki'', carefully selected Wagyu beef finished with a sweet and spicy sauce. A lunch-only menu that whets the appetite with the sweet and salty taste of mentaiko and wagyu beef. It is served with rib roast of Itoshima-produced beautiful pork or Kagoshima prefecture A5 black beef that is quickly passed through the pot, wrapped around green onions. The drink you want to pair with is raw chuhai with fruit pulp. We start making it from scratch after ordering, so the refreshing aroma and sweetness spreads to the back of your throat.
