Food Made using Kujuku mackerel from Nagasaki Prefecture. Enjoy the freshest sesame mackerel
Our specialty is ``Kiwami no Sesame Saba'', which uses mackerel that is purchased alive every day. Because the mackerel is raised Karaage the fish tank and processed each time an order is received, you can enjoy a flavor and texture that is a little different from other mackerel. The generous amount of green onions and sesame seeds and sweet soy sauce sauce go very well together. Perfect as a snack with alcohol or as a side dish with rice. In addition, we use wasabi sent directly from farmers in Shizuoka Prefecture. Please enjoy it with us. In addition, curry skewers and sea urchin meat rolls are also recommended.
